Free Standard Delivery

Your furniture will be delivered to your doorstep by our professional two-person courier team within up to 15 working days (often sooner). This service covers mainland England, Wales, and Scotland, with deliveries taking place Monday to Friday.

Please note: Our standard delivery brings furniture to your door, hallway, or garden entrance only. The delivery team will not move items through your property, take furniture upstairs, or assemble flat-pack items. Once delivered to your doorstep, it becomes your responsibility to move the furniture inside and complete any assembly.

Before ordering, please ensure:

• You have measured all doorways, hallways, and access points to confirm the furniture will fit
• If you live above ground floor without a lift, you arrange help to move items on delivery day
• You check parking availability at your address and inform us of any restrictions

We cannot accept responsibility for items that don't fit through your access points or for failed deliveries due to inadequate access arrangements.

Premium Delivery with Assembly

If you would like your furniture professionally assembled and installed, we offer a premium delivery service subject to availability. Please contact our sales team for a quote before placing your order.

Important Delivery Notes

You must inspect all furniture carefully and sign the delivery note on the day. Any damage or intent to return must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

Delivery changes or cancellations must be made by 1:00 PM the day before your scheduled delivery to avoid charges.
